Burna Boy, Beyoncé, Taylor Swift are some of the top musicians who have been nominated for the 63rd Grammy awards scheduled to hold in 2021.
This is popular Nigerian singer’s second-ever Grammy nomination, and he earned it through his 2020 album, ‘Twice As Tall’, which was listed in the ‘Best Global Music Album’ category.
During the last edition of the Grammys, Burna Boy was nominated in the ‘Best World Music Album’ category for his album, ‘African Giant‘. However, he lost to Angelique Kidjo, a Beninese singer-songwriter.
Also, Beyoncé came out on top with nine nominations, closely followed by Taylor Swift, Roddy Ricch, and Dua Lipa who got six apiece. Brittany Howard of the Alabama Shakes band also picked up a surprising five nominations for her solo debut.

Among those who earned four nominations are Billie Eilish, Megan Thee Stallion, Phoebe Bridgers, Justin Bieber, DaBaby and David Frost (classical composer).
The 2021 golden gramophones will be handed out to the eventual winners at a ceremony on January 31, 2021. According to the Recording Academy, it will be hosted by Trevor Noah and aired via CBS and CBS All Access.
