The comedian-cum-compere took to his Instagram stories on Wednesday to share how he told the London hotel officials to ‘Google’ his name in order to save himself from an impending embarrassment.

The ace comic said on his arrival at the London hotel, the officials asked him to present the card he used in booking the room.

Bovi stated that he tried to explain to the officials that his wife helped him to book for the hotel, using her card, and she’s in Nigeria.

However, his explanation did little to convince the suspicious officials who thought he was trying to steal.

Bovi’s case got even worse when his own card declined, and in order to save himself from the situation, the actor said for the first time in his life, he used the phrase ‘google me.’

The actor also made reference to a popular con man, who’s famously known as Simon Leviev, in his post.

Bovi claimed that the Leviev, known for Ponzi scheme and internet scam, has ‘spoilt everywhere’ with his escapades thus puts organizations on alert to scam and cyber crimes.

The comedian wrote, “Simon Leviev done spoil everywhere o. Tryna check into hotel in London and they insist I present the card that was used for the booking.
