Wike Commits to Restoring Abuja Masterplan

Nyesom Wike, the recently inaugurated Minister of the Federal Capital Territory, has articulated his commitment to revitalizing the Abuja master plan.

This affirmation was conveyed during the swearing-in ceremony, where Wike, alongside 44 fellow ministers, formally assumed their duties on Monday.

The call is for all recipients of land allotments and Certificates of Occupancy who have yet to initiate development on their properties. It’s crucial to take swift action, as there’s a potential danger of forfeiting these rights to individuals prepared to commence construction.

The minister, Nyesom Wike, emphasized that if any individuals are aware they’ve constructed in prohibited zones, consequences will ensue.
